A Charming Neighborhood
You’ll love our new apartments in Capitol Hill because our neighbors are unlike any other—starting with all of the amazing Capitol Hill restaurants.
Grab a cup of coffee at nearby Capitol Hill icon, Little Pearl, enjoy lunch with friends near Eastern Market or meet a date for dinner at the highly-rated restaurant Emilie's.
And what about Capitol Hill bars? You’ll find everything from cocktail lounges to speakeasies to laid back corner bars.
Fancy a picnic? Take your family to the largest urban park in DC—Lincoln Park. Historically known as Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park is now home to playgrounds and open spaces. So, you can take your dog for a long walk through the park or mix things up and go for a stroll with your four-legged friend through the historic Congressional Cemetery.
A Neighborhood of Character & Convenience
Take an early morning run along the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail, sign up for a hot yoga class or pick up ingredients for your cooking adventures at an array of nearby grocery stores. Have errands to run? Everything you need is just around the corner.
Catch a show at the Folger Shakespeare Theatre, a free concert at the Library of Congress or take friends and family from out of town to see the Capitol Building and Supreme Court.
There are plenty of things to do on Capitol Hill, but it’s also easy to explore the rest of the city when you head a few blocks over to the Potomac Avenue metro station.
